La Embajada del Perú en Suiza tiene el agrado de informar de la reciente presentación, en conferencia de prensa virtual, de la “Guía de Negocios e Inversión en el Perú 2021” en versión español e inglés, elaborada con la participación del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, la Agencia de promoción de la inversión privada (PROINVERSION) y la consultora EY Peru (Ernst & Young).
Dicha guía tiene la finalidad de dar a conocer información actualizada sobre la economía peruana y sus proyecciones, y el positivo clima de inversiones en el Perú, así como las características del régimen laboral, tributario y legal peruano que facilita el ingreso de inversionistas extranjeros al Perú.
Dicha publicación incluye un resumen de la situación macroeconómica del Perú, cartera de proyectos de inversión promocionados por PROINVERSION, indicadores de desarrollo, clima de negocios, principales acuerdos comerciales, y en particular, un análisis de 12 sectores económicos, así como las distintas modalidades para establecer una empresa en el país.
Asimismo, la guía brinda información sobre la normativa local peruana aplicable en materia legal, fiscal, aduanera, laboral, migratoria y ambiental. Se destaca en particular que esta Guía de Negocios, en su versión digital, se integra con otras guías especializadas, tales como la Guía de Minería, de Gas y Petróleo, de Construcción e Infraestructura.

The Embassy of Peru in Switzerland is pleased to inform about the recent presentation, in a virtual press conference, of the ” Guide for Business and Investment in Peru, 2021″ in Spanish and English, elaborated with the participation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Agency for private investment promotion (PROINVERSION) and the consulting firm EY Peru (Ernst & Young).
The purpose of this guide is to present updated information about the Peruvian economy, its projections and the positive investment climate in Peru, as well as the characteristics of the Peruvian labor, tax and legal regime which facilitates the entry of foreign investors to Peru.
This publication includes a summary of the Peruvian macroeconomic situation, portfolio of investment projects promoted by PROINVERSION, development indicators, business climate, main trade agreements, and in particular, an analysis of 12 economic sectors, as well as the different modalities to establish a company in the country.
In addition, the guide provides information on the applicable local Peruvian regulations in legal, fiscal, customs, labor, immigration and environmental matters. It is important to mention that this Business Guide, in its digital version, is integrated with other specialized guides, such as the Mining, Gas and Oil, Construction and Infrastructure Guide.
